Cities we serve in Los Angeles County

Los Angeles is huge, so the list is organized by place. North and east of downtown, Highland Park, Eagle Rock, Pasadena and South Pasadena run along the Arroyo Seco with Craftsman bungalows, original attics and cobblestone foundations in some South Pasadena homes. Glendale and Burbank sit under the Verdugo Mountains, an isolated wildlife island where coyotes use streets, channels and landscaped corridors.

In the middle of the map, Hollywood, Silver Lake, Echo Park, Koreatown and Hancock Park mix hillside lots, 1920s period-revival houses and apartment blocks. South and east, Huntington Park, Compton, Watts, Boyle Heights and East Los Angeles are older flatland neighborhoods. West of downtown, Culver City, West Hollywood and Santa Monica lead toward the coast, and Studio City and Valley Village cover the Valley side of the Santa Monica Mountains.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you serve the San Fernando Valley?

Partly. Valley Village and Studio City are on the list, along with Burbank and Glendale. Woodland Hills is about 34.8 km from downtown, past the 25 km limit, so it is not covered.

Does the service area include cities that are not part of the City of Los Angeles?

Yes. South Pasadena, Inglewood, Pasadena, Glendale, Burbank, Alhambra, Monterey Park, Huntington Park, Compton, Culver City, West Hollywood and Santa Monica are separate cities, and East Los Angeles is an unincorporated area of the county.

Why do the pests differ between Santa Monica and Alhambra?

Housing, plants and the nearest hills differ. Drywood termites occur along the Pacific coast, courtyard apartments and bungalows shape Santa Monica, and the older streets near the San Gabriel Valley have their own mix of attics and yards. Each area page covers its own.

My neighborhood is not listed. Can you still help?

Possibly. The list covers places within 25 km of downtown. Run your ZIP through the ZIP checker, or call to ask; coverage is settled on the call.

Is the price the same in every area?

No. The price is confirmed on site and depends on the pest, the size of the property and access, such as a raised foundation or a hillside lot. The pricing page shows what published ranges look like.
